Booking conditions

• All bookings must be secured with a credit card.
• Visa & MasterCard are accepted.
• A deposit of 25% of the total cost of accommodation is required to secure the booking. Deposit is refundable (less $50 administration fee) if cancellation made sixty days or less prior to commencement of stay.
• Deposit non refundable if cancellation made within thirty days prior to commencement of stay.
• The package price will be paid in Fijian Dollars (cash or credit card) at Botaira Resort.
• A 3% Credit Card fee will apply to all resort payments.
• A $50 fee will apply to any changes resort and/or hotel package.

Cancellations
Please advise us should you have to cancel. Up 30 days before arrival the booking can be cancelled without costs. Within 30 days of arrival up to 100% of the total price less recovered expenses. Travel insurance is recommended. No refunds will be made for any un-used portion of your holiday.

Marketing Botaira acts only as the Sales Agent and holds no responsibility for personal loss, accidents or damages that may occur during your holiday or for the actions of other operators, companies and persons who may be involved with any aspect of your holiday.

In the event of over-booking or unavailability we will consult with you at the earliest possible opportunity.
